enjoy a specially prepared wild game dinner by Chef Marcus van Winden and expertly paired Modern Times Beers. This extravagant 5 course meal will be prepared before guests in our open kitchen.

First Course:
Pheasant terrine with Belgian endive & arugula salad with a balsamic reduction paired with Modern Times Abbadon Helles Lager

Second Course:
House Cured Wild Boar bruschetta with sauerkraut & house mustard paired with Modern Times Thimble Country Dunkelweiss

Third Course:
‘Hazenpeper’ Rabbit Vol-au-vent paired with Modern Times Mythic Worlds Hazy IPA

Entrée:
Roasted Venison, Stoofpeertjes, Brussel Sprouts, Potato au Gratin with Chocolate Demi-glace paired with Modern Times Black House Stout

Dessert:
Dutch ‘Oliebol’ Donut holes with Duck liver mousse & raspberry jam paired with Modern Times Octagon City Berlinerweisse
